Mount Kailash in Western Tibet is considered as the Holiest Mountain in many world religions, including Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and ancient Tibetan shamanistic Bön religion. Hindus believe Lord Shiva lives at the mountain, Buddhists associate the mountain with Guru Rinpoche and Milarepa and often believed in its association with the birth of Lord Buddha.
